“Epic views, great location, nice and clean, good proximity to restaurants and beach, spacious, fairly quiet, dedicated parking space provided, apartment in good condition, useful kitchen, washine machine, big fridge, good shower water pressure, ambient lighting, big wardrobe, spa pool, perfect sized deck, beautiful marble bathroom, comfy bed, nice furniture, good ducted air system, secure electronic access control, easy road access, communicative helpful host, well appointed for longer stays”

“Although the booking is for 2801 Gold Coast Hwy, guests are required to pick up the key from a different location approximately 2.3 km away on Hanlan Street - about three tram stops or a 20-minute trip each way. This was particularly inconvenient for us, as we were travelling with a young child, luggage, and arriving after 8pm. After raising this with the host, they were able to arrange an alternative key drop-off at the apartment, which we appreciated. Aside from that issue, the apartment itself was comfortable. It was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the showers had strong hot water, and basic amenities like tea, coffee, shampoo, and soap were provided. The tram stop is conveniently located directly in front of the building, making it easy to get around. The hot spa in the main swimming pool on the ground level was also a highlight - perfect for relaxing after a long day at the theme parks. A few small improvements would really enhance the stay. We were there for four nights and only provided with two rolls of toilet paper, which ran out by the final night. Given the nightly rate of $253, it would be reasonable to have a couple of spare rolls available. It would also be great to see a few more basic amenities included, such as a tea towel, an egg flip, tissues, and long-life milk for coffee. Overall, if the key collection process were more convenient, this would be a great option for couples or families looking to stay close to the beach.”
