“Soft bed”
Worth knowing: This hotel is dirty. Not cleaned even on request. The dirt is visible and you can smell it. Not recommended.
We were happy and it met all our expectations. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

“All the staff we met were so nice, a lovely reflection of hospitality done right. Free snacks in room on arrival were good. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet inside the room. Room is a bit dated and bathroom a bit worn but still comfortable with everything you need. Location on outskirts of cbd. Easy walk from Victoria square for tram or to Hutt st for free bus. Lots of food options and a supermarket on Hutt st. The surrounding area is very quiet and more residential and commercial. The shared kitchen is handy and has a balcony.”
