“Location. Walkable distance to shops, zoo and Adelaide University.”
Worth knowing: There was a shut down hotel in the ground floor. No Cutleries in room, just 1 chair (basically they are telling you not to eat or drink which I did not expect from a so called apartment accommodation).
Disappointing stay and service.

“Location was good.”
Worth knowing: Apartment wasn’t clean, reported to reception and not rectified. Charged twice for car parking. There was a cork beside the fridge in the kitchen and the floors/carpets didn’t appear to have been cleaned/vacuumed prior to arrival.

“The staff are absolutely amazing. The location is awesome.”
Worth knowing: The room was dirty. Bedding not the cleanest. Walls and carpets dirty. No heating or cooling in main bedroom. Not even a fan. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Everyone in the hallway can see into the main bedroom, which I didn't like. Minimal coffee sugar and milk. Very overpriced.
