Underwhelming and disapointing - would not return.

Worth knowing: We were underwhelmed with the stay in general. The bed was very uncomfortable, the TV was broken, we were not told the bar and restaurant were closed both Sunday and Monday so were caught off guard on both occasions, the included breakfast was cold stale and the same every day, a large majority of the staff were quite unfriendly, you had to specifically ask for your room to be made each day and the list could go on. Would not recommend.

“It was easily accessible for parking and central to the wineries. The room looked like it had just been renovated so it had a really nice feel to the space. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was really comfortable and bedding fresh. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had great consistent hot water. Having complementary wine on arrival was a nice surprise!”
Worth knowing: We arrived overnight when the restaurant wasn’t open for any type of food or bar service.

“We had a one bedroom apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable. I have never seen a bathroom so large and very luxurious. As we were a group of 6 in 3 separate apartments there was plenty of space in the evenings to get together. The hotel is in a great location at the centre of the wineries of the Barossa.”
