“Great location and generally the staff were excellent. We enjoyed snorkelling, seeing the bird life on the beautiful gardens. We were able to see a hummingbird in front of our balcony- the only time in Barbados. We very much enjoyed the complimentary tennis coaching and cocktail party.”
Worth knowing: The lady who checked us on seemed grumpy that we wanted â quite room with privacy. She said that they didn’t have the room we booked in September, but would upgrade us. However, the upgrade may have been a suite but it didn’t give us any privacy ând was close to the road.Eventually, after some discussion, we were given a more private room with a balcony. When paying £500 per night, you would expect to not have to negotiate to get the room that you requested. However, it was sorted out amicably. All the other staff were totally engaging and professional.
