“Christian did an excellent job cleaning the room and laundry, when we first got there the room smelled like musty from the humidity I’m sure, when I asked for the VIap upgrade that was mentioned they said I would have to pay extra and we did get breakfast but had to convince them that is what was advertised. The way the room it is warm in there and you cannot get it to cool even with shutting the bathroom barn door from air conditioning and when you do that it’s a sauna in the bathroom. If you don’t sleep with covers on you at night you can tolerate!!! I have it a 4 because it is a beautiful place and the staff were really nice. Also there is only one pool you can use if you stay in the small villa they do not allow you to swim in the other 2 just some information when you get ready to stay!!”

“I had a really great experience at Villas at playa de coco! I was a solo traveller so I was prioritizing feeling safe, having access to food onsite, and learning about the local culture. All of this was met with my stay. Fred, the owner, made sure all accommodations were ready and was extremely friendly to ensure my stay was great. It was very clean and quiet (I stayed during slow season). There was laundry so I was able to come home with clean clothes. The outdoor shower was incredible and let me watch the sunset while I got ready for dinner. Golf carts were so convenient to get to the village and everyone was so friendly. Even though it was slow season the service was not lacking. I had snorkeling booked one day and the place cancelled last minute due to “not enough people”. This was a big reason I went to Belize. Fred worked to get me out that day anyway and I ended up having a private tour around one of the Cayes. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!”
