“Palm Heights was incredible. Whatever property it was before, they did an amazing job renovating it into an eclectic, modern Caribbean style. The spa facilities, kindness of the staff, prompt and immediate service, and the amazing beach were just what we needed for a vacation. We overall enjoyed the food, breakfast selection and the baked goods and desserts are a highlight, as is the sushi and Japanese food selection. The staff and beach attendants are top notch and so, so friendly. Housekeeping was also some of the best I’ve experienced. Two cleanings daily and they dropped off an afternoon snack every day!”
Worth knowing: We thought some of the food was a little overhyped and quite expensive for what it was. There was also construction of a luxury condo next door which added some unpleasant noise on the beach, but I understand that couldn’t be helped. Resort and service fees and visitor fees add another $150-200 a night to your rate, which would have been nice to know before.

“After our fourth visit to Palm Heights, my family has decided we never want to vacation anywhere else. The beach is gorgeous, the facilities are impeccable, and the food is creative, fresh, and delicious. The staff there feels like family - we want to specifically thank Sherrie, Jenny, Raquel, Nicholas, Luz, Grace, Joy, Jhoel, and Collins for making us feel at home during this past visit. Their warmth and attention to detail make Palm Heights an incredibly special place.”

“I’ve come to realize during my ride all places are beautiful and sacred. What truly makes a place are the people. Service by far was exceptional but because those you have the pleasure of bumping into there are usual badasses. The best birthday gift was getting to meet all the bright lights operating this joint. Much gratitude and love.”

“Couldnt have had a better time here. The place is top notch all around. I want to thank Starling at the front desk and Rona as well for making my stay unforgettable. Starling went out of his way and was very detailed oriented with things we did not even think of. i cannot wait to be back!! Oh and the food was 10 stars out of 5 !!!!!! Location was top notch, the rooms were excellent. Really cannot wait to go back”
