Great hotel for anyone not mobility impaired

“This is an very nice modern hotel for most people. Lovely rooms pool and people .”
Worth knowing: We are both mobility impaired. The staff and management do not have a good grasp of that problem. Tubs with handrails are not accessible. The furniture chairs and tables are extremely heavy and moving them is almost impossible. the sofa and upholstered chair are designed for gymnasts or mountain climbers (short people with strong legs.) we could not sit on the sofa and he to stand up . light controls were neither labelled or obvious. A hotel this new and this good should do better I want to repeat that the people at every level were totally accommodating, cheerful and professional.

“Excellent hotel, room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was really good, the pool was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful, seven milles beach was a few minutes walking from the hotel, we highly recommend this hotel, and can not wait to come back.”

“We came to celebrate my wife's 55th birthday and I contacted the concierge prior to arrival to arrange for a cake and champagne to be in our room and they were able to make it happen! They also included a nice hand written note for us which was a nice touch!”
Worth knowing: The only downside is the beach setup and that the day beds practically block the entire front of the beach. We've been coming to Cayman for about 8 yrs now and have stayed at the Weston and Seafire and both beach setups there are perfect for viewing the beach without any obstructions. Perhaps the day beds could be moved to another area to themselves to allow an unblocked view from regular beach chairs.
