Beautiful and large premises, with fun activities for kids

“A good selection of engaging activities for kids, some of which were free. Spacious rooms, lovely premises and surroundings.”
Worth knowing: Hardly any staff could speak English, so some family members found it difficult to communicate with staff
Lovely hotel, fully recommended

“The hotel compound is lovely to stroll in and breakfast selection is good.”
Worth knowing: Location is a little away from the main tourist area but it's ok

Worth knowing: It is difficult communicating in English

“A beautiful hotel, but not quite a relaxing resort experience The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and everything designed in a very tasteful and aesthetic way. The surroundings are gorgeous, and overall it feels like a very special place. However, there are a few things that were disappointing. If you are looking for a relaxing resort-style holiday where you can spend the day by the pool, this is probably not the right place. There is no food or drink service by the pool, and the pool area seems to also be used by outside guests, with swimming lessons taking place and very laude teachers . This really takes away from the relaxing holiday atmosphere. It is also surprising that, despite having so many beautiful outdoor spaces, there are almost no comfortable chairs or loungers where you can simply sit, read a book and enjoy the scenery. There is even a lovely terrace next to the pool where a few loungers would make a huge difference. Another issue is the language barrier. Only one staff member I encountered spoke English. I went to the restaurant and ended up paying around 300 RMB for something I had not properly understood and did not enjoy. Even the hot pot restaurant menu was not available in English. For a five-star hotel that wants to welcome international guests, I really think more effort should be made here. On a positive note, the duck was excellent, and the hotel itself is truly beautiful. With a few relatively simple improvements, especially around the pool experience, comfortable outdoor seating and English communication, this could be an exceptional hotel.”
