“One of the best hotel experiences ever. What a fabulous hotel and the most attentive and helpful staff. Very difficult to match these very high standards in hospitality excellence. My room (suite 1206) was exquisite, very tastefully decorated with a touch of extravagance, so typical for W. The bed was made in heaven and was definitely one of the best I have slept in. The huge gym was very very well equipped. The most welcoming and attentive gym and wellness area staff made the whole experience even more special. The breakfast was great, with a lot of variety of items on offer and the freshest of the products. On Friday night there was an organized cooking class for the local specialty arepas. The event was free for the hotel guests and it was a great and very well organized event. And immediately after there was a cocktail making and tasting workshop, lead by the friendliest and most amazing bar lady. Moments like that and all the outstanding attention to the detail made the whole W Bogota experience truly unparalleled and unforgettable.”

“We went for business and had an excellent stay. Everything was up to the expectations. All personnel very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a savory buffet of local and international dishes, fresh fruits and juices. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Across the street there are very nice restaurants (within walking distance) and felt very safe all the time. Would happily stay again!”

“The hotel is very beautiful! The staff were very kind all the time! The room was really nice, we stayed at the Suite Junior (906), the only thing we found strange is the bathroom was too small and it was inside the bedroom, normally the restrooms are in a separate place in hotels. We really enjoyed watching the World cup in the big screen in the lounge, the drinks were delicious. A special thanks to Tati, Carolina, a gentleman from Cartagena, thanks to Alex, to the front desk staff. Everyone was top notch!”
