“muy buena ubicación, el personal atento. agradable para estar.”
Worth knowing: Solicitamos una Junior Suite y nos asignaron la habitación 211. Lamentablemente, dormimos pésimo: justo afuera del baño hay una sala de calderas que genera un ruido constante durante toda la noche. La sensación era, literalmente, como dormir dentro de una fábrica. Resulta especialmente contradictorio porque el hotel se preocupa mucho por la aislación acústica y todas las habitaciones cuentan con puertas acústicas; sin embargo, en la habitación 211 aparentemente se pasó por alto la ventana del baño, por donde entra directamente todo el ruido de la sala de calderas. Además, ambos baños presentaban problemas con el agua caliente en la ducha principal. Al día siguiente solicitamos un cambio y nos trasladaron a la habitación 203. La experiencia fue completamente distinta y pudimos descansar sin problemas. En general, el hotel nos gustó, pero considero que la habitación 211 no debería ofrecerse en sus condiciones actuales y mucho menos categorizarse como Junior Suite. El problema de ruido es demasiado importante como para pasarlo por alto en una habitación de esa categoría.

“L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et chic de cartagena. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et sont très confortable. Le personnel est prévenant et toujours à l’écoute. Une très belle adresse qui mérite son appellation de Boutique Hôtel.”
Worth knowing: Les chambres au rez de chaussée sont un peu sombres.

“This was an amazing hotel. I can't recommend it enough. Clean, modern accomodations in the heart of old town but far enough away from the noise of the busy squares. The staff were wonderful and truly accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I literally have no complaints. I would 100% recommend this hotel to others and will stay here on my next visit.”

“Recently spent three nights with family in this hotel and really enjoyed it! It is well located being nicely placed in the Old Town and everything very convenient. Check in (on the first floor) was pleasant and helped by a welcome drink! The public areas are lovely - an old courtyard with a bar to the side being the main "area". There weren't a huge number of seating options here but it was never busy and so not really an issue. The rooms were large and elegantly decorated. Nicely sound proofed too! They were nicely appointed and very clean. It was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was nice - good choice and very pleasant staff as well. There are two pools - a roof top which was nice but a bit exposed and a ground floor which was more shaded and attractive. Again the seating options were a bit limited and meant coming back later to get a seat. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.”
