“Very warm & friendly staff. The Hotel was very well maintained & run. Cleaning staff went above & beyond to keep the rooms clean . Breakfast was amazing & facilities were excellent”
Worth knowing: More equipment needed for the gym + it was dark & gloomy . During busy times it was difficult to access equipment.

“The view/location was beautiful and it was clean. Hotel room was a good size. Breakfast offered a good selection/variety of options. Easy to get a taxi/bus to old town or Lapad.”
Worth knowing: It seemed quite over priced. The hotel room was a good size but a bit dated and quite basic. The toiletries and hospitality tray was very limited/minimal considering the cost to stay there. For example, there was only a combined hand wash and shower gel and the coffee was just a nescafe sachet with oat milk. Compared with other hotels, I would expect a little bit more, particularly as it is considered a 4* and the rates are what they are. Some of the pictures provided on the website/booking.com are a little misleading too.

“The room was very comfortable and the pools are excellent, as is the location which has sea views on 2 sides. As the hotel is elevated the views from the pool area and dining terrace are excellent.”
Worth knowing: The food could be improved. There is a lot of it but the quality isn’t consistent. For example the desserts are very samey the coffee at breakfast isn’t great. There is a good choice of fruit though.
