“Wow! What can I say about this magical gem of a hotel. We visited it as a late 50th Birthday treat for myself and it was also my wife’s Birthday while we were away. We arrived and were given an upgraded room. Little did we know that it was an upgraded hotel which was an annexe of the main hotel which was the hotel we originally booked. We were taken down a corridor and opened the door to our room and were instantly blown away. A fabulous sea-view balcony, large double bed with flowers, chocolates and wine on our arrival. The room was spotless and all the extra touches, like beautiful bathroom products through to slippers and robes were provided. The highlights for me and my wife was the service level, which was second to none. Anything you needed you just had to ask for, from a private breakfast with table service overlooking Dubrovnik harbour through to advice on what to see while we were here. They made us feel very special and it was so quiet and peaceful unlike the main part of the hotel. The icing on the cake was meeting our lovely concierge named Adila who was a wonderful lady who told us about the history of the hotel and made us feel very special and welcome in Croatia. We can only give this hotel a perfect 10. It was flawless in every way. A holiday never to forget. Craig and Vicky Ottolini.”

“We were in very well appointed and large room on the second floor with beautiful views over the coastline. Breakfast was served on the terrace with the same amazing view. Staff were incredibly helpful and spoke exceptionally good English. Nothing was too much trouble.”

“We booked a deluxe double room with balcony and sea view at Villa Argentina and upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite in the adjoining Villa Orsula! The suite felt like it had been refurbished recently and the finish was modern and classy. This was a great treat as it was my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary during our stay (we didn't mention this, it was just coincidence). Aside from the room, the hotel staff were superb and couldn't do enough for us, the breakfast offered was great and the atmosphere in the hotel was very quiet and chilled which was exactly what we were looking for. Location is perfect too as it is only a ten minute walk to the old town.”
