“From arrival, the first impression is the building itself and front staff. The grounds are well kept and the staff is extremely interactive and helpful. Our room was ready, clean and we got welcome fruit platter and wine. We loved the location of the room. All restaurant staff was polite and they were attentive to guests, clearing tables, refreshing drink, etc. The variety at the buffet was impressive. The staff at the bars deserved some extra recognition especially the bar on the beach on the Rif side. We found ourselves there after dinner every night of our stay. I was especially appreciative of how extremely clean the bathrooms were all around the property. The mangrove side is much more fast pace so it was nice to visit and be able to retreat to the calmer Rif side when were were done. I am already looking into a return visit. Curacao is a wonderful place and The Rif made our experience amazing.”
Worth knowing: I should have stayed longer.

“Las instalaciones demasiados cómodas, los empleados muy atentos y serviciales, sus bebidas y comidas son excelentes, amé los postres hay bastante variedad . Su playa, piscina y manglar son hermosas . Fue una gran experiencia, volvería nuevamente y lo recomiendo .”

“O hotel é novo, moderno e muito limpo. As instalações são bonitas e, de forma geral, a estrutura é bastante agradável e confortável.”
Worth knowing: O ponto mais negativo da estadia foi, sem dúvida, a internet. Ficamos sete dias no hotel e, durante praticamente todo o período, o Wi-Fi não funcionou adequadamente. Acabamos dependendo dos dados móveis, que também tinham sinal ruim em algumas áreas. Para quem precisa trabalhar durante a viagem, fazer chamadas ou participar de reuniões on-line, isso pode ser um problema sério. No meu caso, cheguei a não conseguir participar de alguns compromissos profissionais. Considerando o padrão e a proposta do hotel, esperava uma conexão de internet confiável ou mais presteza dos colaboradores, que simplesmente diziam que era um problema da operadora. Também tivemos outros problemas menores com o restaurante e limpeza de quarto que foram solucionadas (mas que não deveriam acontecer)
