“Staff is very friendly. The hotel is super clean. Plenty of activity. The food is great and the restaurants are awesome.”
Worth knowing: The facilities feel a bit old. We had a few issues in our bathroom. The internet was not working as expected. When we called the reception we got immediate help but still for a 5-star hotel maintenance is not excellent. Overall we are satisfied.

“The hotel is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The swimming pools are great and very enjoyable, especially for families with children. The overall atmosphere of the resort is pleasant, and the facilities are impressive.”
Worth knowing: Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the all-inclusive experience as much as we expected. We booked 4 rooms for our family (7 adults and 5 children), and one of the main reasons we chose this hotelwas to enjoy the different à la carte restaurants included in the all-inclusive package. However, we were unable to dine at any of the restaurants because they were fully booked. We spoke with the reception team several times, but unfortunately they were unable to find any available tables for us. We also went directly to one of the restaurants to ask whether we could be seated, but we were not allowed to enter. At the same time, we noticed that approximately half of the restaurant was empty and that there appeared to be enough space to accommodate additional guests. This was very disappointing, as dining at the different restaurants was an important part of the experience we expected when choosing this resort.
