“Really Lovely staff & beautiful decor in the lobby area . Philipe was so welcoming at breakfast , lovely buffet. Shuttle service was fantastic to pick up our elderly dog. Ski to door .”
Worth knowing: The Spa closed far too early. Extremely dated all needs a refurbish We had a two bedroom suite needs a refurbish as also very dated. Unfortunately the food in the evening restaurant was really not good .I asked for a few vegetables which they didn’t have I was a bit surprised as it’s a 5 star hotel. Trying to hard to make it fancy . Hotel Montana down the road was fantastic .

“Amazing location right on the slopes and easy walk to all restaurants and shops. Wonderful staff, made everything so easy from ski hire and return delivered to the hotel.”
Worth knowing: WiFi wasn’t great! Would have liked shower heads not hand held but minor things - we loved it and would return
