“I had a pleasant stay overall and particularly appreciated the warm and friendly staff, as well as the hotel’s excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. There are, however, a few areas where I feel the experience could be further enhanced. The breakfast could benefit from a little more variety and attention to quality. I also feel that the housekeeping service could be more attentive to the small details. During our stay, we had to request refills for the shower gel and dental kits, and a vanity kit was not provided. These may seem like minor details, but they make a meaningful difference, particularly in a hotel of this standard. With a little more attention to these aspects, I believe the hotel could offer an even more polished and exceptional guest experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return, especially given the excellent location and genuinely friendly staff.”

“Super tolle Lage, direkt in der Münchner Innenstadt. Eine Parkgarage gibt es auch, das Auto wird sogar für einen Geparkt, allerdings sind 42€ pro Nacht schon recht üppig. Sehr schöne Zimmer und alles ist sehr sauber. Am besten ist das Frühstück.”
Worth knowing: Man musste beim Frühstück und am Abend an der Bar recht lange aufs Service warten. Immer muss man das Personal aktiv ansprechen wenn man etwas möchte, es wird vom Personal her eher Augenmerk auf die offensichtlich „reichen“ Gäste gelegt. Das Wasser im Spa Pool war leider sehr kalt.
