“Location, unique stay, hospitality”
Worth knowing: Housekeeping could be better.
Remarkable due to constant engagement with a smile.

“The staff of Shahnawaz and Santosh among so many others were exceptional. They all took the facilities experience and food to a whole new level. The ambience and greenery of the whole place was great. The pool room layout was well thought of with outside bathroom access. The service with a smile and initiative of every staff member right from the buggy driver to our checkout manager was among the best we have encountered anywhere. The spa is a must do. We enjoyed the massages and the attention to details. We loved our stay and will surely return.”
Worth knowing: The lawn Jacuzzi clearly had not been used/cleaned in a while. Became all muddy when turned on. A separate credit card machine in the tented checkout area would we great.
Bad breakfast experience

“Nice properly courteous staff But u need to reserve your table for breakfast in advance”
Worth knowing: We had to wait for 30 minutes to get a seat for breakfast while more than half the seats were vacant The staff did no let us sit on any of them saying these are reserved Very strange that morning breakfast tables are given on first come first served basis everywhere but not in this hotel
11/10 Experience – I Would Stay Here Forever If I Could!

“If I could give Alila Fort Bishangarh more than 5 stars, I would. Honestly, if I could stay here forever, I would—it is just that good. We stayed in the Villa with Private Pool category, and every single detail exceeded our expectations. The room itself, the private pool, and the spacious washrooms were stunning and impeccably clean. The noise level across the property was so wonderfully peaceful that we could actually hear the birds chirping in the morning. Overall, the amenities, cleanliness, and level of service are simply unmatched. The food across the entire property is outstanding. The Hi-Tea, breakfast, and dinner aren't just meals—they are full sensory experiences that celebrate authentic flavors with world-class preparation. You absolutely have to try Nazaara for dinner—their banging Rajasthani cuisine is an incredible experience under the stars! A special mention to two absolute gems who made our trip truly unforgettable: Prabhjyot Kaur: Make sure to ask for her as your Point of Contact (POC)! She ensures every detail of your stay is flawless from start to finish. Mr. Kartik Jasoria: From the reservations team, he went above and beyond to make the booking process and overall experience completely seamless. Alila Fort Bishangarh is easily an 11 out of 10. We cannot wait to return and enjoy this magnificent sanctuary again!”
