“The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.”
Worth knowing: The rooms are clearly very old and, despite the hotel now being under new management, very little seems to have changed. The carpet was in particularly poor condition, showing significant signs of age and wear. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard. The towels and bedding were visibly dirty, which was particularly disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

“Friendly happy staff, pool temperature good breakfast”
Worth knowing: Musty / mouldy smell room ( was given an air purifier which helped a bit) Very slow bar service Location... Hotel chosen for close proximity to wedding venue, but other side of highway much nicer, with better shops and bars etc.

“We had a wonderful family staycation at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites Jakarta. We booked two connecting rooms, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient for our family. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ade from the Concierge team and Ms. Dian, the Lobby Ambassador. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mr. Fahri at the Front Desk. Since my father hadn’t visited Jakarta for a long time, we requested a city view (subject to availability), and we were so happy with the beautiful view from our room. It made our stay even more special. As this is primarily a business hotel, we stayed on a weekday, so the swimming pool was very quiet. It almost felt like we had a private pool all to ourselves, which was a lovely bonus for our family. We were also happy that the hotel has a kids’ pool with a depth of 0.6 meters, making it safe and enjoyable for our little one. Our daughter loves cats, so we requested a cat-themed Art Mirror. We honestly didn’t expect it to be so adorable! A big thank you to Ms. Nadin and Ms. Intan from the Guest Experience team for creating such a lovely drawing. Our daughter, Cipa, absolutely loved it. During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the bathroom sink. We contacted the operator, and Mr. Endang responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. We really appreciated the quick assistance. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The variety of food was excellent, and every staff member was friendly and attentive. We’d especially like to thank Ms. Desti and Mr. Achie for their outstanding hospitality. Overall, we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The warm hospitality and excellent service from every department made our family feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to the entire team at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites Jakarta for making our family stay so memorable. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Jakarta. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
