“Settled in Anacapri within beautiful garden with amazing sunset and swimming pool . Beautiful room . Excellent staff always beyond expectations, food offer and services exceptional , cool vibes but also relaxing place, top level SPA . Not to be missed and to return to again”

“The rooms is nice and clean”
Worth knowing: I am extremely disappointed by the way my mother was treated at breakfast. There were several empty tables by the pool, and when she politely asked to sit at one of them, the manager refused, saying it was reserved for four people. Moments later, he allowed another guest who was dining alone to sit at that very same table. Not only was she asked to sit inside while the restaurant was nearly empty, but the manager’s attitude towards her was unwelcoming and disrespectful. Watching other guests being treated warmly while my mother was treated differently was deeply upsetting. My mother wears a hijab, and although I cannot know the reason for this treatment, the experience left us questioning whether that played a role. Hospitality means treating every guest with equal respect and kindness. Sadly, that was not our experience. Secondly I was assigned a room directly beneath ongoing maintenance work without any prior notice or warning. The noise was constant and unacceptable, making it impossible to properly rest. At no point before check-in was I informed that maintenance work was taking place above my room, nor was I given the opportunity to consent to the room assignment or request an alternative. Had I been informed, I would never have accepted the room. I paid for comfort and tranquility, not to be disturbed by construction and maintenance noise. And at 11:30am they started calling to check out 😅

“A lovely luxurious hotel in a great location. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, service is immaculate, our garden suite was stunning. The pool area is beautiful, the gym is huge and state of the art, the Spa offers many treatments we hadn't experienced elsewhere. The food is excellent, with various restaurants offering different style of food. I highly recommend the Amare restaurant, which is in an amazing location near the Blue Grotto with brilliant sea views and amazing Italian food. The Michelin star restaurant is very good, although very fish orientated. We also loved breakfast and the bar food for lunch. We truly felt we were at home during our stay and would go back to it at the drop of a hat. Many thanks, especially to Antonio, Elion, Ricardo and Silvia in the main restaurant, Joanna in Amare and Carla and Maria Vittoria in the Spa. Highly recommend it.”
