“My wife and daughter arrived, checking in, the hotel is old, needs a serious facelift, the room was dirty, they found countless hairs all over the bed sheets and comforter. The desk was missing a chair to sit at, the rooms were small and were what we feel were properly depicted in the pictures. My wife spoke with the front desk, was shown other rooms and then quickly checked out after staying there for about an hour. The front desk was receptive, tried it wasn't the staffs fault it was just the rooms weren't clean and were very run down. ”

“Nice hotel excellent views from the bar/restaurant terrace. Good and plenty selection of breakfast. My only bad point is to get to the room from the reception. Long windy walks through two elevators. Not easy with the luggage. Otherwise no problem good hotel and good staff”

“We had an amazing stay! The customer service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!”
