“The art and the location the breakfast”
Worth knowing: We make reservations for one bedroom with 2 queen beds but they give to us a king size bed!!! We was there for work I ask to refund me but they didn’t!! So we stay and we sleep in the same bed! This is not acceptable
I stay at 5 star properties around the world and they do it very well at the metropolitan Fabulous and we will return !

Worth knowing: Turn down service poor Water should be replenished each day on my opinion it’s on request - I’m sure they have a reason

“Wonderful stay in a great location, with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful interior. The breakfast in the garden was a real highlight, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and attentive. Having a private deck where you can take a water taxi adds to the unique Venetian experience and makes the stay feel truly special.”
Worth knowing: There was an unpleasant smell in both rooms. Considering the price, I think something should be done to prevent sewage-like smells in the rooms. We reserved two rooms on different floors, and unfortunately, both had a strong unpleasant odor, very similar to stagnant water or sewage that did not disappear after use of AC.
