“We have never had better or more friendly and helpful staff anywhere in the world than all the wonderful people at MyVenice. If you stay at this beautiful place you will experience the best of what Venice can offer with fabulous, genuine Venezzian hospitality! The hospitality is matched by the beautiful decor and overall comfort of the hotel and its many spaces. The only negative for us in a double room was the lack of space for large suitcases. This is because our room had a very large free-standing bathtub. So good for romance but not so much for storage space. I would highly recommend MyVenice to anyone wanting the best experience in Venice and to experience the best service in the world! ”

“Palazzetto My Venice is a beautiful hotel. It is in a quaint area but yet a short walk to St Marks Square, a water bus terminal and the stunning winding streets of Venice. The staff cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, and they are really friendly. Our room was perfect and breakfast is amazing. I did not find a fault with this hotel, the staff made it a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely return one day. ”
