“The food at the buffet was consistently great. We really enjoyed the overall entertainment.”
Worth knowing: Poor communication We faced Colorism from staff Remote was missing from room and after 6 frustrating calls and speaking with several persons including a manager, after the remote and a few other items were delivered we discovered afterwards that the TV wasn’t working which they knew and failed to mention. Fire alarm kept going off including in the early mornings between (12am-3am) which gave me a migraine. Each time we had to keep calling front desk for an update whether it was an emergency or not.

Worth knowing: I didn't like that we couldn't use the pool at night. Thats the only exception.

From the beautiful resort and relaxing atmosphere to the excellent service and hospitality, our experience was truly memorable. We celebrated A Birthday. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and overall ambiance. Everything came together to make our stay special and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Royalton Negril team for a fantastic experience. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for an amazing Jamaican getaway. “I had an amazing experience at The Royalton Negril. The hospitality is unmatched. The vibe team member Twinkle was outstanding with music & the energy. Aaron the butler was incredible as a hostess making sure his service was A-1. The food & drinks was magnificent. I recommend this resort & I will be back SOON!!!”
