“とにかく静かで落ち着くホテルでした　部屋からの眺望も素晴らしい　スタッフもみなさん一生懸命もてなそう、かといって干渉しすぎないようにという姿勢が見えてました　他の季節にもまた滞在したいホテルです”
Worth knowing: チェックイン時に似たような名前の方と取り違えられ、確認のために少々時間を要しました　仕方が無いとは思いますが、そこはしっかりと確認をお願いしたいところです　まだホテルが新しく、いわゆるベテランのホテルマンがいなくて成熟という点ではまだまだな感がします　今後に期待したいです　食事はどちらかというと外国の方の好みに合わせている印象でした

“Summer Stay Review: I’m compelled to writer review because I do read some polarizing reviews, some say that it is terrific, and others gave some very harsh reviews… So I took a risk and found out for myself and wanted to share my experience and, ultimately the verdict: this is an extraordinary property. Resort: the resort is immaculate and end terrific condition. The applies to the rooms, common spaces, and the Onsen. Top notch. Service: I spent two weeks in Japan and actually was a little disappointed with the service in general. I did notice that the Ritz did bring in a lot of international talent recently, and that actually was a very big positive because it wasn’t a pure Japanese experience, where some of the warmth really can be lacking. In particular, I found Andres from the front desk to go above and beyond, and was a terrific ambassador to the hotel. Extremely professional and well trained. Beyond him, I did find that many of the employees greeted us by name and were terrific again, top-notch, especially for Japan. Food: the breakfast buffet was awesome. A lot of variety, great coffee service, and the ability to order off an à la carte menu was a great addition. We also had dinner and the service was terrific and the food was solid. Not the best meal on our trip but great for a resort. Bonus: to our surprise, Wright out the back door was an amazing activity park for kids!! it pretty much made our trip, our five-year-old spent a few hours every day planning on all the rides and getting a lot of great outdoor activity. Caution: these ‘Reserve’ properties do not follow all the same accommodations with your Marriott status… So upgrades are not the same, and make sure that you are aware of the policy. Summary: I think a lot of Ritz’s, especially in the United States, has gone downhill… This is probably the best risk experience that I’ve ever had. Wholeheartedly recommend this resort!”

“The most pathetic way how a manager of a Ritz-Carlton brand can treat its mariott bonvoy gold members. Mrs Yolande Hu, who is the manager of the hotel, is a very arrogant and ignorant manager. I wonder how she is even a hotel manager. She is not at all welcoming to hotel guests. Ignores the hotel guests as if they don't mean anything as clients of the hotel. The hotel check-in process is so casual that they have all junior staff working at the reception who are not aware of how to follow the process and are completely lost. There is no proper briefing by the reception staff about the room, and the manager seems least bothered about improving her staff's service. They are not very clear about their hotel policy and do not communicate transparently to you during your check in and check out process. so be very careful as the manager is least bothered about customer satisfaction.”
