“I like the following in BIDWOOD Suites: 1- Very Nice Security Team and hotel fully secured and its area as well. 2- Front Desk staff are sooooo friendly. 3- Rooms are very quite which is very good for people who had a long meeting and need to rest.”
Worth knowing: 1- First I check-in at 07:40 Am and they had charged me 30 USD for earl check-In but when I had check-out on 05 AM they did not reward me for checking out earlier than standard or at least they should cancel the charges for early check-in , What I know such fees normally applied if hotel is fully booked. 2- No Tissues are available in the rooms except the rolls in baths. 3- Tooth paste & Bruch Not available in the room. 3- No Small Note pad along with Pen in the room. 4- As far there is Kitchen , then at lease few dishes should be available where No Spoons ,forks ,knifes etc. in the kitchens. 5- Most of the hotels are providing Type-C Access for charging the mobiles as most of the new generations are Type-C. 6- Air conditions should be Central not a sperate A/C in the living room only as I am sure when the weather is hot then you cannot sit and watch the TV as there is NO air-condition except in the sleeping room.
Not a deluxe room with poor amenities and leaking shower.

Worth knowing: Room was very small for a”Deluxe room “.No hand towels and bath towels were thin and shredding.Shower was leaking with water all over the bathroom floor.

Worth knowing: Although breakfast is served till 11am on my second morning having breakfast, a number of breakfast items had run out by 10am and were not replaced

“Great location and very friendly staff. Walking distance to Sarit Center. Flexible check in and check out was very appreciated. Good shower.”
Worth knowing: Very dark room (no natural light), noisy guests, doors being slammed at 4am, people speaking loud in the hallway in the middle of the night and because walls are thin we could hear everything. Called reception to get a hair dryer and it never came. Room service food and Breakfast were very average.
