To be completely honest, based on my experience, I would not return to The Westin Resort. I expected a much higher stand

“• Staff – 10/10 The front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. • Main pool & kids’ pool – 10/10 The pools were definitely one of the highlights of the resort. The kids’ pool in particular was great for families. • Villa cleanliness – 8/10 The villa was generally clean and well maintained from a cleanliness perspective.”
Worth knowing: • Villa furniture & maintenance The furniture needs renewal. The bed, couch, and sofa were all squeaking, which was quite annoying. The Smart TV was not working properly, and the villa door would not fully close unless you slammed it very hard. • Private pool cleanliness Although the staff cleaned the pool every day, the water was still often dirty. I think the pool needs a better filtration or circulation system to keep the water clean throughout the day. • Lobby is extremely hot The lobby has no air conditioning, only fans, and it was very hot and uncomfortable. For a resort of this standard, I was surprised by this. • Buggies need maintenance The buggies were quite old and squeaky and seemed to need better maintenance or replacement. • Breakfast restaurant – 7/10 The breakfast was acceptable, but nothing particularly impressive. • Tide Restaurant – 5/10 Unfortunately, the food quality was very disappointing. My advice would be to stick to the seafood if you decide to eat there.
Overall, a 4/10 experience, and I wouldn’t return.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations ! Location is fantastic. Just a few minutes to its private beach, multiple swimming pools. Staff is definitely a credit to this hotel - extremely helpful, polite and go an extra mile for you (special credit for Mr.Mahesh Singh rawat and Mr SSaiful Sharipp). We had an amazing time! We loved the pool, the facities and restaurants food, and our room was very clean and quiet. We cannot wait to come here again.”
