“Great room. Service was good, nothing outstanding. Nice and cute small hotel. However, they charged me $7 for 2 Nespresso pods. Really?? Yes, really!!! With the price of the room, they shouldn’t nickel and dime little stuff. I have never, ever been charged for coffee pods! For that reason, I will look for another option next time!”

From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff — from the front desk team to housekeeping to the restaurant — demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and care. All our interactions left us feeling genuinely valued as guests. It was the kind of consistent, warm service that clearly comes from a culture of excellence embedded throughout the entire property. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed, and offered a sanctuary from the energy of the city. After a full day exploring Mexico City, returning to our room felt like a genuine retreat. A special mention must go to the concierge team, who went absolutely above and beyond in helping us get the most out of our time in the city. They coordinated tours, arranged transportation seamlessly, and personally connected us with local tour guides who made our adventures much richer. La Valise is a gem.
