“La ubicación del hotel, tranquilo y lindos sitios para comer El confort de la habitación La decoración de las habitaciones La decoración del resto de los ambientes del hotel”
Worth knowing: El servicio de limpieza, dejamos a proósito un papelito en el borde de la ducha y nos acompañó durante toda la estadía :( El desayuno para ser un 5 estrellas fue pobre y poca variedad, la atención del personal del desayunador (salvo la anfitriona), fue con altibajos. Nos cobraron 2 cafés doble expreso en el desayuno sin mencionarnos que eso no estaba incluido! Personal del front desk poco capacitado (Sofía Estrada), sin poder de decisión, poco profesional para dar soluciones.

This is far more than just a beautiful hotel, it is an experience created by an exceptional team of people who clearly care about every guest. A special thank you to Jany, Albania, and Mike, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. Their professionalism, warmth, kindness, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. They are a true credit to the Mondrian brand!! The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The location in Condesa is perfect, with fantastic restaurants, cafés, and parks all within walking distance. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, exceeded my expectations. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and it’s the people who make the biggest difference. The team at the Mondrian has mastered the art of hospitality, making every guest feel like family.
