“The hotel and staff were lovely. However, they will not award me my Marriott Bonvoy points as the hotel was booked via a travel agent rather than direct.”

“Wow!!! What an absolutely stunning hotel in Mexico City! We were welcomed by Andrea and let me tell you the stay only got better from there. Fernanda and Natalia from the guest relations team went absolutely above and beyond to make the stay something so much more special than we could have ever imagined and if they ever read this thank you! Noemi G for always having the room match the beauty of the view! The views are gorgeous, spa pool on the 12th floor, the list can go on and on but 10/10 recommend.”

“Insulation is so bad you feel like you’re sleeping next to a truck stop and autobahn. The mattress is so dented it was difficult to sleep. Staff was excellent. Location is fine.”
