“It’s a very unique property, beautiful and makes you feel like you’re staying in a piece of oaxaca history. Very soothing vibe and in an EXCELLENT location. Everything you’d want to do or see is right there or within walking distance and most tours pick up in the area, as well. The breakfast is beautiful and the staff is kind and attentive.”
Worth knowing: The swimming pool isn’t as luxurious as it looks in the photos and is not set up with towels, et cetera. The furniture up there is a little bit worn - doesn’t make you want to lie down on it. But you really don’t go to Oaxaca to sunbathe so not a big detractor.

“The location was excellent. The design of the hotel was stunning. The view from the rooftop swimming pool was great for sunbathing and the complementary hot ceynotes was an excellent touch. They also even provided me with a cake for my birthday.”
Worth knowing: The service wasn’t too friendly. For the price it was difficult to get added extras in your room - for example I asked for a kettle, some moisturising lotion and some scissors and didn’t manage to get all 3 after asking a few times. Cappuccinos were also extra and the complementary breakfast was limited.
