“This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and also Paseo Montejo. We walked to all the places from the hotel and the personnel from the hotel is very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm and Albert received us, he was very helpful with information, Jaime also was very good. Sofia the masseuse is excellent.”

“Well restored historical building. It felt very private. We never had to share a pool with other guests as they were all located in different quarters. My two kids and I had a great stay. They also enjoyed the breakfast on premise.”

“We had an excellent stay here. It is like a haven in Merida. Rooms are a great size with lots of original features - beautiful tiles, lighting and great pools. Staff were extremely friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I visited Mérida again.”
