“The setting was stunning, a beautiful view of the bay. There was a nice area for relaxing with 2 huge umbrellas and access to the water. Bean bags were provided to sit/lounge upon Tables and chairs to have lunch or evening dinner were also on the pier. Only about 10 rooms so usually quiet with plenty of space.”
Worth knowing: The drinks were overpriced, 330ml beer @ €5.50, wine @ €9.90 (10% added for service charge) There was a pool but no view of the bay from that area so we didn't use it at all during our week's stay The breakfast was not great. A basket of bread between 2, but stale except the 2 croissants which were fine. A bowl of large fruit and a selection of cake was available to help yourself. A choice of eggs or a bowl of berries, yoghurt and granola could be ordered. Lunch and evening menu was pizza or pinsa and available to walk ins. On our last day, Saturday, a large noisy family, nothing to do with the hotel, arrived and took over a large part of the pier area which made it very uncomfortable for hotel guests.

Worth knowing: The hotel jetty doesn’t provide enough shade in the day for guests unless you don’t mind sitting around the tables set up for outside customers at the restaurant.

“The hotel had a great location outside Kotor, pool on a raised level within the complex and then restaurant leading straight out onto the water. We loved having the jetty right there across the (normally) quiet road in front of the hotel. Hotel was small enough not to be busy but definitely busy enough to feel alive. Continental breakfast was simple but the fresh boreks were super, a delight, and the ordered food was lovely. Great to have beach / pool towels from reception whenever required and the restaurant food was good here too.”
Worth knowing: Took over 24 hours to get the aircon looked at - I reported it early on that I didn't think it was working, had someone in to look at it and not sure if it ever really worked. Room never felt cool in the 35 degree heat which was a pity given how nice the place was in general. Plus watch out for the steps - lots of steps but that's just Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor in general!
