“Our room and the entire hotel is in excellent condition. The finish and design features in the bathroom have been upgraded with intelligence. Free live streaming was a welcome feature that we have not encountered before. Ground floor facilities and restaurant are excellent with great service and good range of food and drinks. On departure during our return to the airport we were informed that our flight was cancelled and moved moved by 2 days! On contacting the hotel they were incredibly helpful with an extension and shifting bookings so that we could return to the same room. The reception staff must be commended for their service as it turned a challenging holiday event into an "extended pleasure". We thank you again.”
