“Very nice team that were very kind and helpful”
Worth knowing: Really disappointed with the cleaning. We left the towel’s hanging as requested not to get them replaced. They replaced them anyway!!! Thought we helping the environment. Table not wiped and floor not vacuumed the bed was made but not to the standard as when we arrived. A little disappointing. Bringing my 12 year granddaughter to Wellington and stay in a nice hotel. Even she noticed. We had a busy day at a hockey game then shopping. We were tired and thought we would just get room service. That was advertised in our room. Big decision as we thought we would go out to somewhere nice but just too tired. Then rang the restaurant and got reception to say that the restaurant isn’t open on the weekends. Very annoyed that we weren’t advised of this. Communication not very well transmitted. We thought we had all of these facilities available.

“The room had beautiful view looking over the ocean. It was very very comfy and loved the overall experience. The location is very close to the main shopping streets and attraction in wellington. We could walk everywhere very easily.”

“Beds were so comfy.we had to pay extra for a bigger room because the standard room was tiny”
Worth knowing: The breakfast was the worst we have ever had anywhere food was lukewarm and looked tired and left overs from the day before. We paid for 5 breakfasts each for 2 people and only ate there for 2 mornings we had to go outside and pay extra for breakfast at an off size cafe. We did mention it to the staff on checking out hoping for a refund but none was offered.
