“Very handy, good value for a reasonable price.”
Worth knowing: Wasn't clear initially that parking is limited and an extra,fee.
Great value for money and clean, but feel that the hotel has become very rundown lately.

“the location is great. the price is great. the room sizes are good. the bed was comfy. the sheets were clean and tidy. It was great to get a car park available. the shower was good and good to have a bath. the rooms were warm despite having no heater. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful!!”
Worth knowing: the room was worn with patches in carpet. the towels were old and tired. the heater didn't work. there was no where to hang your wet towels and no daily cleaning - so this was important. the lighting wasn't great. having an armchair of some kind to sit in near the tv would have been good as it was a small TV and a long way away from beds. The foyer area is still nice although large stains on the couches there and someone in the foyer asked us where Work and Income was. She was on one of the couches surrounded by bags.
