“I recently stayed at Fairmont Makati and had another great experience. What really stood out to me was how the team remembered me from my last stay in October 2025. It's a small gesture, but it made me feel genuinely welcomed back. They even reminded me about the complimentary buffet lunch/dinner for two that had been offered during my previous stay, which I honestly appreciated. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, when I got to my room, I noticed a strong carpet smell that triggered my allergies and had me sneezing almost immediately. I went down to speak with the staff, and this is where Fairmont's service truly shined. They were understanding, patient, and eager to help. Instead of just assigning another room, they accompanied me to check a few rooms to make sure I would be comfortable and that the smell wouldn't trigger my allergies again. A special thanks to the duty manager (sorry i forgot his name), who went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly kind and proactive throughout the process, and even arranged for an air purifier to be placed in my room. His genuine concern for my comfort made a big difference and turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. The food was excellent as always, and the service from everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. To top it all off, the hotel accommodated a 6:00 PM late check-out, which gave me extra time to relax and enjoy my stay before traveling back home. What I appreciate most about Fairmont Makati is that they don't just provide good service, they make you feel valued as a guest. The way they handled my allergy concern and the personal touches throughout my stay are the reasons I'll happily return. Looking forward to my next visit.”
