“The pool area and the bedrooms were really nice.Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard.”
Worth knowing: Overall, our stay was good. however, I felt that the service at reception could have been a little more helpful and welcoming. I tended to approach the desk only when necessary, as at times I felt that my requests were creating additional work for the staff. We decided to extend our stay by a further three nights and, although our room was available, it took approximately 25 minutes to arrange. There was very little communication or explanation during this time, which made the process feel longer than necessary. A little more engagement and communication from the reception team would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.
