“The view on Pico, the pool and the breakfast”
Worth knowing: Close to the pool the toilets and cabin are old and dirty. The breakfast is good but coffee machine are slow (no Americano so you need to get 3 or 4 double espressos instead!) and fruit juices are poor quality

“Comfortable rooms, all looking out over the pool with a lovely view across to Mount Pico. The pool was lovely and the whole hotel, although quite old, was clean and rooms were fairly spacious. The Reception staff were all fabulous. Breakfast was OK but nothing special.”
Worth knowing: It would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room and tea/coffee available. There was a fridge in the room but it went off during the day when the power to the room was off, which kind of defeated the object of putting anything in it!
