“Despite some good reviews, which prompted me to book, I was disappointed with this hotel having enjoyed some lovely accommodation along our 10 day tour of north Portugal. In my opinion this hotel does not warrant 5 stars, possibly 4 at a strong push.”
Worth knowing: The quality of the fittings, our accommodation block, general cleanliness, pool facilities (other than towels there was nothing else offered poolside), but more significantly, the quality of the staff customer facing skills (particularly those on duty when we checked in) was not of a standard that I would expect from a more superior priced standard of hotel. There is better to be had in Porto.

“Location was excellent. Staff very helpful with good recommendations.”
Worth knowing: Breakfast room was inside. When abroad i really like my meals outside. The pool was the biggest disappointment- 8 beds for the entire hotel. Because of this I will not stay here again.
