“The property is very nice and modern. Amenities were nice like the pool, gym, patio furniture and bar. Staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. I would rate this place as 5/5 stars but the restroom set up in our room wasn’t ideal. There was no door to the shower or restroom so everything gets wet and stays wet given the climate of the area (hot and humid). The ac worked great but there was no ventilation to let out the moisture. The floor gets very slippery. Also, we stay for 5 nights and didn’t get our roomed cleaned. We kept putting the sign out on the door to get cleaning service while we were out for the day and nothing. When I asked about it, staff said they were short staffed and would get to it but they never did. The room next to us got cleaned everyday we were there so it didn’t make sense. That is why I can’t give it an excellent rating. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. ”
