“The lady at Chech-in was amazing. Breakfast offering was good.”
Worth knowing: I was leaving early in the morning and they told me to request the "Picnic" I did that within 24hrs. Upon check-out I collected the brown bag. When we opened the packet to eat, I was actually dissapointed and disgusted with what they had pack. 2 sandwiches made of very dry slices of bread with a slice of ham and cheese- No butter nothing, 1 muffin, 1 banana, 1 apple and that was supposed to feed 2 people.

“Hotel Mynd in Adeje was very clean, and it’s located in a fairly quiet area, so there wasn’t any disturbance or noise. The breakfast was also quite generous, with a good variety, and both the food and the kitchen staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.”
Worth knowing: Overall, our experience was very good. However, there’s one small downside: during our check-out, I asked the staff member who handled it whether it would be possible to get a coffee (it was included for the whole stay). We completed check-out at 12:00, and I made the request only about two minutes later. I couldn’t ask earlier because the reception was very busy and the staff member was occupied. The staff member explained that it would need to be paid because it’s requested after check-out. I understand the rules, but given that our request was reasonable and part of a service that could have been handled with a bit more customer care, it’s disappointing to end the stay on that note.
