“When they say Boutique they truly meet this brief . Very personal experience with the room being serviced sometimes twice a day . Breakfast is all made to order so you are not having to deal with a Buffet style menu. Restaurant was also amazing with fantastic presentation but full of flavour . Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make your stay special. If you needed a benchmark then this is it”

Worth knowing: I got the last floor room which is a bit attic low ceiling style. I'm not sure it fits the 5* style.
I feel I have commented more on the negatives but it was a great stay and would stay again

“From arrival, the staff were great and attentive all through the stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food was great. Very well located to get around central Palma.”
Worth knowing: Now I am nit picking and these are observations rather than areas we didn't like - the roof top terrace was small and had to be booked. We were aware and booked it and had no issues. If you like cereal for breakfast, you would be disappointed but there was a wide choice of other excellent food options. The spa was small, had a sauna and a plunge whirl pool and a treatment table. External staff to the hotel provided the massages - they were good just not hotel staff.
