“I really appreciated how helpful and cooperative all the staff were, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention and thanks to Mr. Moussa and Ali from the Concierge team for their exceptional service and kindness.”
Worth knowing: The main downsides were the frequent power cuts, which were quite inconvenient. The prices were also quite high, especially for transportation. Additionally, the bathroom extractor fan was very loud and could be disturbing.

“We went to Zanzibar on 29th January for two weeks. The resort was excellent. unusual accommodation, with loads of green areas, trees etc. The buildings were two stories , four rooms upstairs , four downstairs. The buildings were unique, from outside they were built from logs etc with thatched roofs. Sounds odd, but when you got into the rooms they were excellent, large bedroom with table and chairs, a desk, another unit with fridge etc,. and a massive balcony with nice seats and a great view, and a large bathroom with walk in shower The four poster bed was great, complete with Mosquito net. The staff came in twice a day, once to clean the room, make the bed, change the towels (including beach towels), topping up soft drinks and water in the fridge. The second time to tidy up again and put the mosquito net into place. The food was average, not a great selection, but there was food being cooked outside which was usually good. Several restaurants, all inclusive was excellent, good bottled beer, spirits were good with large measures if you wanted them. Pools were good, swim up bar. Entertainment at night, right by the beach, restaurant and bars. Loads of sunbeds on the beach, the staff look for you heading towards the sunbeds, and bring mattresses over. Waiters on the beach bringing drinks. All in all a very good experience. The flights however were a disaster, but that's another story”
