The Service Staff are Pathetic !!

“The location is definitely outstanding.. but that really doesn't stand out as all properties on the island have similar locations”
Worth knowing: The attitude and temperament of the staff.. given that they are in the hospitality business, the staff were were borderline unacceptable..especially the service staff at the outdoor restaurant.. The first day, we proceeded for dinner and walked in at 9.25 pm.. the last at the check-in, rudely & abruptly tells us that" you've got 25 minutes to finish your meal.. " That was it !! This just took all the excitement away from the trip.. next when the kids ordered, she and her colleagues stood there staring and giggling.. Pathetic !! Never have i EVER experienced such demeanor from people who are trained top be hospitable.. it demeans the whole attitude of the Thai Hospitality industry.

“Great resort, Great beach, Great food, Great facilities. The stuff was amazing! especially MIN and RAM. Breakfast was great, Restaurants were very good and we had wonderful time!”
Worth knowing: If I have to find something, is that some mornings we had to wait 10-15 min for a table at breakfast on the beach restaurant. But it's worth the wait!
Overall, it is a very high-quality hotel with an outstanding team, and we would be happy to return.

“We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was rich, varied, and very high quality. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, the room was spacious and exactly as described, the pool was large and very clean, and all the outdoor areas were beautifully maintained and well organized. The hotel restaurant was also excellent throughout the day, with great food and very good service. Above all, the staff were amazing. We received exceptional service everywhere and at all times, with kindness, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. We would especially like to mention Leo, who was absolutely wonderful, professional, warm, and gave us outstanding service during our stay.”
Worth knowing: There were only a few things we liked less. The spa is quite expensive, and for that price we expected more complimentary facilities or services, such as a jacuzzi or sauna. Also, the hotel location is a little remote, and it would have been very helpful if the hotel offered a free shuttle service to central areas such as Chaweng or Fisherman’s Village.
