“Nice new hotel. Good bed, tv and nice towels and linens. Manager (ChaCha) was helpful when she was brought in to resolve a problem….pity the staff don’t have greater autonomy to resolve issues. ‘Computer says no’ syndrome! Rooms needed more storage and bathrooms need a better light for those of us that shave. Use of clean my room door tag pointless they have a schedule, it gets done in their own time as opposed to whilst you are out of room. ”
