“Old Town Phuket can be pretty crazy. It was always nice to come back to my nice quiet safe hotel with the beautiful sunrise. No hot water once in my 10-day stay. Oh and 450 baht for breakfast is kind of pricey for the area. The pool was really nice on those hot days though.”

“The staff unfortunately just do not have good customer service. They couldn’t assist with absolutely anything. They were an hour and a half late with our room and offered us juice. When I request an alcoholic beverage, they said we can’t do that. They couldn’t give us any change for our baht unless we bought something. This is not the experience we’ve had all over Thailand. You could not get a right outside of the hotel so we had to make contact with someone and pay extra to try to get somebody to take us away from the resort. Would never stay or recommend this place again!”
