“Yiyecekler ve lokasyon güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve saygılılardı. Gece animasyonları güzeldi. Fiyat performans oteli olarak değerlendirilebilir. Spor salonu seçeneği var ama temel aletler ileri seviye bir beklentiniz olmasın. İlayda (hostes) çok sevimli, enerjik, arkadaş canlısı, eğlenmeyi ve eğlendirmeyi bilen bir çalışan. Resepsiyondan Ali Bey çok saygılı, yardımcı ve nazikti. Guest relation ekibinden Melike hanım çok güzel yıl dönümü kutlaması organize etti. Garsonlarımızdan Mustafa abi, barmenlerimizden Ramazan ve adını hatırlayamadığım herkese teşekkürler.”
Worth knowing: Gün içinde yapılan oyunlar her zaman saatinde ve programa uygun değildi. Oyunların gün içinde belli saatlerde mümkünse çeşitlendirilerek organize edilmesi daha iyi bir eğlence imkanı sağlayabilir. Animasyon ekibinde çalışan bazı arkadaşlar biraz daha gülümsemeyi öğrenmeli ve müşterilerle dans aktivitelerilerinde teşvik edici davranışlar sergilemeli.

“Das einzige was mir und meiner Familie gefallen hatte, war das Meer. Schön sauber. Ansonsten gar nichts!”
Worth knowing: Alles außer das Meer war enttäuschend. Das Personal war größtenteils unfreundlich. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig sauber gemacht, und sogar Ameisen waren im Waschbecken. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude ähneln eher einer Gefängniszelle etwas, das auf den Bildern überhaupt nicht zu erkennen ist. Auch in der Duschkabine lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Das Animationsteam im Hotel war eine Katastrophe und hat leider überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte das Hotel nicht mit 4 Sternen werben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das einzig Positive war das Meer.

“We stayed at the hotel for seven nights as a family and overall had a very pleasant experience. There was quite a lot of music noise in our first room, but thankfully the staff were very helpful and kindly arranged a room change for us the following day. After moving to the new room, everything was much better. The food was very good, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the sea was beautiful. We were especially happy with the family-friendly facilities, including the baby pool and the dedicated garden playground for babies and young children. The only thing we would suggest improving is the number of flies around the hotel. Having mosquito screens on the windows would be a great addition and would make the rooms even more comfortable, especially for families with babies. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday enjoyable!”

Worth knowing: Toch net te duur voor hetgeen wat je terug krijgt en (75%) personeel absoluut niet goed gehumeurd
