“Nous avons passer un très bon séjour à l hôtel the charm istanbul 1/ personnel très serviable 2/ le veilleur de nuit a fait de son mieux pour satisfaire le besoin de client a l arriver il a même appeler son supérieur hierarchique pour nouss attribuer une chambre supérieur sans aucun contre partie 3/ l'hôtel est très propres et très bien située 4/ es chambres sans très bien entretenu et netoyer tout les jours . Le linge est changé tous les jours avec de l eau et du sachet de café et du the 5/le personnel du restaurant sont très organiser et très serviable 6/ le petit déjeuner est magnifique continental très riche plusieur sorte de fromage du notella des plat chaud et du fruit .... Je remercie fortement monsieur allabedi , bekri et Gokhan ainsi que tous le personnel du restaurant et de la cuisine Très grand merci a tous le monde Je recommande cet hôtel a tous ce qui cherche un hôtel calm avec un service au top.”

“Все що сподобалось тут так це місцерозташування. Близько до метро , трамвая . І сам номер був нормального розміру . Сніданки- це взагалі жах. Багато не буду писати , з 9 днів що ми були ходили разів 3-4. Їсти там можна лише кавуни. В номері була плита і великий холодильник, це спасало ситуацію. Ще поряд нічний клуб який працює до 5 години ранку. Нормально поспати у вас не вийде . Ну і сам район, не підходить для Європейців. На ресепшині був приємний співробітник, що розмовляв на російській мові. Тільки він один , в нічну зміну. Із іншими особо не спілкувались, нічого не можу сказати .”

“NOTHING!”
Worth knowing: Just as low and below as a number can get is what this place is worth. I honestly can’t rate this negatively enough. Early on during check-in, I spotted roaches and immediately went downstairs to complain. I was told there were no other rooms available and asked if I could spend the night in that room. I mentioned that I have OCD, so I knew I simply would not be able to survive the night there. As the day went on, roaches were crawling all over the place: the floor, shower, sink, toilet, coffee/tea corner, closet, entrance seating area, closets, fridge, and even from underneath the mattress. This room was in an absolutely unacceptable condition for a 4-star hotel. The carpets in the hallway were disgusting. There was also a door in the hallway left open with a lot of rubbish and clutter inside. That is certainly not something guests should have to see while staying at a hotel. The lighting in the room was extremely dim. Luckily, I have good eyesight and was able to spot even the tiniest roaches. The overall cleanliness and standard of the accommodation were far below what anyone should reasonably expect from a 4-star hotel. I simply could not sit down in that room. My OCD went through the roof. The reception gave me roach spray and, because I felt everything was dirty, even touching the windows, so I didn’t open them and I was spraying it in a closed room. I was literally exposing myself to the fumes just trying to make the room somewhat bearable. I went downstairs again to complain and was given another can of spray. At a certain point in the middle of the night, I still could not sit down or relax in that disgusting room. I was pacing around constantly. I had to keep my luggage completely closed because I was terrified that roaches would get inside. I just could not relax. I went downstairs and demanded my money back immediately. Of course, I was told: “Come tomorrow.” I managed to book another hotel, but I did not sleep that night.

“Mi-a placut ca am avut o camera mare, curatenia, amabilitatea personalului. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, personalul foarte atent cum se termina ceva imediat era completat. Curat, parfumat, o muzica ambientala relaxanta. Amplasat foarte bine fata de toate obiectivele turistice.”
Worth knowing: Camerista ne punea mereu 2 prosoape de corp si doar unul de fata si ne scotea cartela pe care o lasam pentru a tine frigiderul in functiune.
