“A special mention to the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our stay. helpful attitude made a big difference The reception team was also excellent. Neha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. She always greeted us with a smile and was happy to assist whenever we needed anything. Joyce was equally helpful and kind, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The entire staff were courteous, attentive, and professional. Their warm hospitality made us feel valued and well looked after during our stay. It is clear that the team works hard to provide good service and make guests feel at home. Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you to Neha, Joyce, the housekeeping team, and all the staff for making our stay comfortable and memorable. We look forward to visiting again!”
